Hello everyone I know it has been a a while and honestly it's not my fault I honestly want to be in the community and more involved in everything but my internet service is down and it's been down for almost two weeks now and it's driving me crazy. The reason I can right this right now is my mobile data and honestly I only have a 5 Gb plan right now so I was working mostly everything off my WiFi and that has been down since not the Monday that just went by but since the Wendsday of the week before so almost two this Wednesday will be two weeks if they don't get it on before then and Martian Luther King day is Monday and who knows if they work or not. So I can probably count on it probably not being back on until Thursday possible Friday of next week. I feel if it's not on before the first of February I should get confiscated for not having service for three weeks I feel like I should not have to pay for the time it was done. I had told them on the phone before they even said they would send anyone out and they had me try to reset it and honestly I knew it wasn't that because usually that's the thing I try is to unplug the system to reset so I followed them they told me to unplug it and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds well I did 45 it didn't work. "Huh" that did not work so they tell me to sit again so I did a second time they told me to leave it unplugged for 1 minute well I left almost two minutes and guess what it still did not work so I tell them I had already tried that and it was not anything to do with resetting the system I told them it was an area problem because it was just more than my WiFi down so they told me they would send a technician down by Thursday well he came he actually tried to blame it on us it was out because the wire that ran to where our cable and internet hook up was qinked and yes it was qinked but I knew it was not it so he replaced the wire from connection to connection everything brand new he hooked his test up again after all he told me I was right it wasn't just my internet it was an area problem and since Thursday morning 8 A.M. they have went down the line and hit every telephone pole from my house to the town and it's still not working I guess it was/is there problem not mine. Anyways I just wanted to get this out here and make sure I am letting everyone know that I am not giving up or quitting I have limited data on my phone and I'm probably useing slot of it now but I soon as I get my internet back on hopefully soon I will be back on full blown trying to catch up on what I have missed and try not to overwhelm myself. Hopefully soon my service will be back on and I'll bee back to it soon I feel backed up from not being on but I can promise it's not because I don't want to be I really just can't that's it I the words of Gump "Well that's all I got to say about that"

Tell them that you will be expecting a bill reduction and get everyone you know to do the same, it will make them work harder and faster to get it fixed.

Thank you for the kind words my friend I also hope my internet is back up and running soon too. I only can do minimal on my mobile data and this is one of them. Thank you for the follow I am following you back. I have a 2 Gb monthly plan I really don't know how much gb's it takes to do this or to just be on the site itself if anyone can answer that feel free it probably would help me out a little bit to try and calculate the time I spend online and help also so I don't go way over my data and have to pay $15 dollars a gb.
