Why am I all of a sudden, out of the blue getting bad gateway errors when I'm trying to load my website? It is really annoying!
I saw them too. Maybe some site maintenance going on. Growing pains of an ever growing website!
I've had it once today. If I just close it and try to log back in a few times it works fine. Try that.
I'm having the same issue, as well as XML sitemap on All In One SEO not working for any of my sites anymore.

I typed in my website name in the google search engine, and google picked it up, so that means my site is indexed? But if it is indexed how come it says otherwise in my site ru
Within your SiteManager it will indicate whether or not your site is indexed Haydn.

If your website URL is in Google when you type it (versus a nothing found), then you can be sure that it is indexed or you can see the green light on the SiteManager and it will indicate when your site has been indexed.
It usually takes 7-14 days for a new website to get indexed.
In Site Manager before you login check the status of your website it's indicated if it's indexed or not.
You saw it in google because you're using the cache from your laptop or computer. Go to http://ismysiteindexed.com/ and type in your site and see
