Just went to USFreeAds to start an advertising campaign for my Easy Plan B blog site, which promotes the WA opportunity, and found the following announcement: "Please be advised that from January 1st 2015 we will no longer be accepting any ads promoting affiliate products or services in any way including ads for websites and blogs advertising affiliate products and services, or ads containing cloaked, masked or redirecting links." So my question is, where is anyone else putting (free) ads t

I have bought my last Indian Tabak cigars, ordered them yesterday! (sob) Yes, thats right, Rocky Patel recently announced that he was terminating the Indian Tabak brand, his lower-priced end of his fine cigars, and a favorite of mine. I don't recall ever smoking a bad one or one that I didn't enjoy - and I can't say that about any other brand. Best $2 stick ever! Now, when spring finally arrives, what am I gonna enjoy with my stout or porter ale? Farewell, old friend, you will surely be mis

Don't look now, but New Year's Eve is fast approaching. In case you didn't notice, it almost always happens the week after Christmas. Let's paaaarty! Seriously, it's a good time to evaluate your accomplishments this past year, and set goals for the new one that's just around the corner. So consider this your "heads up" and get it in gear - it's time! Happy New Year, my friends.

Old Navy Christmas 'Twas the night before Christmas, compartments were still, The sailors were sleeping, as most sailors will. The ditty bags hung by the lockers with care, In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there The men were all peacefully dreaming in bed As visions of liberty danced in each head. The Chief in his skivvies, hopped into his rack, Having just came from town and a quick midnight snack. When out on the deck there arose such a roar, I ran to the porthole to fi

From my SpeakEasy Blog The Night Before Christmas, a Veteran's Perspective 12/21/2009 "This poem was written by a Marine stationed in Okinawa Japan. The following is his request. I think it is reasonable... PLEASE. Would you do me the kind favor of sending this to as many people as you can? REMINDING them to PRAY for our TROOPS... OUR NATION & IT'S LEADERS!!! Christmas will be coming soon and some credit is due to our U.S. service men and women for our being able to celebrate these fe

I just took you up on your Black Friday discount - I've gone annual! and now I'm looking forward to the savings I'll see every month that I don't have to make a payment. If there is anyone else in the community that is paying for premium membership on a monthly basis, you should really consider this offer. It's a substantial savings! Thanx, Kyle & Carson, for extending this offer to us "old-timers".

You can read the rest of the Thanksgiving story here. And for good measure, a bit of a personal glimpse of things I am truly thankful for in a blog post I wrote a few years ago.

Is anyone else having this problem? If I stay on any of WA's auto-update discussion type pages, or on FB for that matter, the active discussion after a while bogs down my computer so I can't participate, can't quit, can't do any thing except 'dropkick' it and start over!I've tried three different browsers and both desktop/laptop machines, to no avail.Has anybody else experienced this? Maybe the HD needs more coffee? lol

Wow! Last night at 0-dark-thirty, I bought easyplanb.org and within minutes the registration was complete and transferred to WA for hosting. Then I pressed-to-test and within just a few more minutes my siterubix files were transferred and operating on my new domain! It was Painless! (as it should be with a first-class outfit like WA) Thank you, Kyle and Carson, for making things like this so easy!
