Both your links are sort of incorrect. You need httpS:// not http:// and definitely the forward slash before the "?" in most instances. Don't type links, copy and paste them.
Also you don't need a paid link shortening service when you have your own website. Use Pretty Links. Pretty Links
i copied the link without the forward slash directly from the WA Affiliate links webpage...
