I Earned a Badge!

When I logged on this morning I received a message that I've earned my Dedication Badge, which means I've been a member of this community for one year now. There have been a lot of ups and downs on my journey here at Wealthy Affiliate. Several times I had to cancel my membership and rejoin due to financial reasons. I almost gave up about a month ago and hadn't been working on my websites for awhile because I've been busy working two jobs, about 8-10 hours a day sometimes 7 days a week. But just when I was ready to call it quits I noticed that my Pamper Your Pets website has continued to gain a following, and starting to receive some great comments and shares. Not only that, my Facebook page started growing. Even my other website's traffic is still growing, even though I haven't added a new post since April.

So instead of quitting I decided it was time to buckle down and start working harder. I still don't have much time to devote to my websites, but I try to focus on one website only and try to post twice a week consistently. It seems this is starting to pay off. I believe it just goes to show that it does take time, persistence and lots of hard work, but anything worth having is worth working hard for, right? I plan to give it another year at least to see where it goes. So who knows, maybe by this time next year things will really be looking up.

I appreciate very much all of the training and support that only Wealthy Affiliate offers. Without it, I would have quit a long time ago. So hang in there guys, keep working at it and you will eventually get to where you want to go.
