Update On Google Rankings

Now, before you go getting all hyped up thinking I am going to report amazing leaps up to page #1 of Google for all my key words - you're out of luck! Those of you who cannot stand the disappointment may leave the room....lol.

I am updating my previous blog on my rankings after two weeks of posting for my website htttp://c-reactivefree.com. Currently I have 4 keywords ranking in Yahoo and Bing - 3 on the first page. You may be thinking "No Biggie", but it's a start. Right?

It shows that focusing on those keywords that have small monthly searches and low competition (low hanging fruit) allows you to claw your way into Google's good books.

Here are some screen shots for those who like to see data and wiggly lines.

I initially selected thirty low competition keywords to base posts on. I select keywords with less than 300 monthly searches and a Quality Score of sub 100 (I use Jaaxy for keyword research).

I didn't see any rankings until I had 8 posts up on my website. I now have around 20 posts completed.I intend to beef up the posting to 50 within the next 60 days to gauge if this accelerates rankings.
