Marc, I woke up this morning with my Carrier all over the computer and had to have my modem reconfigured remotely! Changes are coming and I am not totally sure that they are beneficial yet!

Do whatever you have to do to get better internet. My Home WIFI was knocked out by Super Typhoon Odette in Dec and it could be months before WIFI is restored to the home so I use a number of different things to get some kind of WIFI here and to my PC. In the beginning, I had to travel 60 minutes round trip to use Internet cafe's that may or may not be open at the time as outages were frequent at first since there was so much infrastructure damage. Do what you can offline to save time while online.

Yes call the telco company and have it checked. It feels lousy when the internet connection is so slow. Could it be a faulty router? Have you checked?
