Hello WA.

What could be the reason why I cannot access/open my website from the dashboard or the URL itself? This is what it shows every time I want to view the website a

So now you just to your site manager

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites

And login normal.

If you are wanting to login site independently you could too.

i.e. [domain].com/wp-admin however I'd collect my credentials via site manager.

If your website does not show up now then you may not have created it yet,.
You can create a free website here.
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/build

Thanks, let me check again

Hope it works.

for some reason, after searching what causes it. I finally figure it out.

I have to create another user(admin) to log in my website as I cannot acces it. Its a pain, but learned something.

Glad you were able to resolve. Interesting! We have not had to do this.

Do you need to do a browser refresh?

So you can't see your website with the following link?
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites

yes, I can see, that is the Site Manager. I can see the website there, I can log in and go to the WP dashboard, BUT if I click visit website or the URL itself it shows me the Page above

I believe that is probably because Google has not indexed it. yet.
You will receive an email for WA when Google indexes it.

You need go here

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/build

Choose a domain you own, enter credentials and follow procedure.

Hi, yes its all set up.

I can see it on site manager

within site kit, how can I improve/fix page speed?

We don't use Google Site Kit because it slows a website down.
Google Analytics and Google Search Console are enough and they don't impact speed the same way.

If you don't use Site Kit you won't have to spend time trying to figure out how to improve your site speed.

You can also check https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites
click the button "details". Is your website speed set to "extreme"

Should I uninstall it?
Thank you.

Personally I would.

try using pagespeed insights by google ot get more information about what mey help you improve your page speed...
you can access this by going to websites>>sitemanager>>detail on the site
scroll down to pagespeed and click on the icon to the right for each page...
if there are common things then work thruogh them from the top ane at a time ...or ask more questions...
but one main blocker is adsense....
good luck
phil

Thanks, based on the answers, is it best to just uninstall it?

test it with and without...
others have experienced a lot of difference....
i would add it when the site is established and has a lot of traffic, if that is within the monetisation strategy....

Ok, nothing much going on actually, just following the training and adding/implementing what it says.

Just disable it for now then.
Thank you

Hi

I wouldn't use site kit because it slows down system.

Stats can be found by logging onto GSC, GA etc.

Is my website just be fine without it?
Thank you

In Level 5, Lesson 2 (Setting up Google Search Console)

I coudnt find 'General setting" and "Feature Manager" under my SEO to set upSite Map

No you do not need to be a Premium Plus member to install the All in One SEO plugin. Do you have an SEO tool already installed? Only one can be installed at a time.

You should be able to go to your WordPress back office and search new plugins and add AIOSEO, install and activate.

You do NOT have to upgrade to access the AISEO features. In fact do NOT upgrade to Pro. When setting up AIOSEO it may look a little different now because of AIOSEO update.

Yes, i have SEO and it is different from but somehow i figured it out through fellow members advice

Hi

No you do not.

Also you do not need to upgrade SEO as standard version suffices.

Also you need to install MonsterInsights.

No you don't need to be premium plus just add the plugin

No, you don't need to be Premium Plus to access AISEO.
Feighner has you covered I think.

Lily

hte new seo plugin is a little different and you can add the search console code to the seo framework...
if you click on seo in the sidebar and scroll down to webmaster meta settings
you find a box for the search console code ...
copy the whole html tag and paste it into this box and save
then go back to search console ot verify...under the html tag....
and it must be with the method you added the code with or it will fail...
good luck
phil

sitemap is one box down from webmaster meta
not much to do in there....
click on view the base sitemap to open it in a new tab and copy the url end into search console...
you will only need to add sitemap.xml to the box....

Thank you, I will try, I'll keep in touch for more questions, if its ok.

that's not a problem at all Fe
Phil

I was able to do the search console and site map which is good(Thanks)

I was advised by another member to download google kit site for google analytics ( which i did) since the training video is different from mine, hope thats a good alternative.

i am not a fan of sitekit, but if it works then go with it...
glad you are now sorted

How to set up google analytics if there is no general setting in my SEO Tab? The first picture is from the training video, the second is from my wordpress site

Thanks

Hi Good morning.

Following is the check list, to be recognized by Google for ranking your website and hence attracting traffic.

#1. Verify your site with Google Search Console (GSC)

#2. Setup Google Site Kit (GSK). This was necessary for me to attach with Google Analytics 4 (GA4); see below.

#3. Use GSK dashboard, to configure Google Analytics. The latest and default version now is GA4. It is no more beta now as a whole. A few components such as API is still in beta. This is for know-how because there is no choice to associate with Google here.

#4. Have a good search engine attached to your website through plug-in. Example: The SEO Framework, AIOSEO, Rank Math, Yoast etc. Configure the SEO with GSC and GSK. In my experience, I'm not satisfied with The SEO Framework despite you go for paid version. So searched lot. Rank Math seem to be good choice. I've gone with one-time permanent license to avoid recurring payment. Your SEO is the bridge between your website and Google rankings.

#5. If you're premium plus at WA, take help of Jaaxy engine, to find the beneficial keywords for your niche.

#6. For every page or post, use the SEO and define the keyword(s). Make sure the content (title, excerpt, body) all spread with keywords. Make sure images Alt text contains keyword. If possible have inner links within the website (google likes this).

#7. Have patience! Keep working on your niche and keep following the #5 mentioned above. In about 3 months you will see results.

#8. Follow best practices like the ones mentioned above for other search engines such as Microsoft Bing.

Trust the above helps!

Hi, Thanks for for your answer.
I still cannot figure out. In the training, you are suppose to set up google analytics, but i cannot find it. pic 1 below shows it, so i clicked the question mark, it leds me to another page (pic 2)

so I clicked recommended method Tab. It gave me a TXT record that needed to be done in Namecheap (where I bought my Domain) but I dont know where to put it. I cannot find a Host Record

Hi, as per my summary points, have you done the Step #1?

That is what I did right now after watching the training video on setting up google search console. I followed exactly, but when I click verify, it always comes back NOT verified, I dont know
Im going crazy

Okay, no worries. I will help you. I shall be putting a blog in the next 10 to 20 min. I'll inform you. Please go thru the same then.

As promised, published a blog. Trust this helps.

I think i verified my site through HTML Tag, is that good enough

Thank you

Yes, indeed! Now trying setting-up GSK (Google Site Kit) plugin. Go to Wordpress (your) website and navigate to Plugins, click "Add New" and search for "Google" word, you'll find GSK. Install and Activate the same. Once it is activated, go to its dashboard. There will be 4 Components displayed on the top, and the first one is (Google Search) Console. It will be displayed in Green. Now click on Google Analytics, follow the steps, you'll be done with Analytics. Trust this helps.

It looks so different from the training video, but i did it anyway.

Now i have a question regarding hosting. When i joined WA, i already have a domain from namecheap, so then i hosted it here (WA) through their server. When I'm having issues with these google analytics and search console, i went over namecheap and remove the server. After a while, i put those servers back but now its not going through, it says somethings wrong. BUT, if i go to WA's Site hosting/domain, my domain is showing Live and still i can access it there. Is that normal?

Thanks again.

There are 2 attributes: Domain Name and Server Instance.

If I understand correct, you've bought the above two from namecheap and when you joined WA, the support team helped you to point to the namecheap attributes from WA servers! In this case, when you access your server using domain name, it is still namecheap and not exactly WA!

But you seem to have severs at the both places, I mean WA and namecheap, and accessing with single domain name, which is not correct, in my point of view.

Right thing to do will be to get in touch with tech support for both namecheap and WA and sort this out.

Trust this helps.

Then I go here http://gachecker.com/ verify my tracking code is working.

WA recommends the SEO framework.

However if you are already using AIOSEO, then you can carry on using. as perhaps you may want to have a new niche site, you may then use the SEO framework, save messing up site (Kyle's recommendation).
