Focus - That's the key !
I've known it to be one of the keys to success, for a long time, now, but still I struggle to do it.
I know we all work at our own pace, but I also know that I should have achieved more than I have on here, in the time I have been here. I also know that I only have myself to blame.
The first blog I did on here was some time ago, and I just re-read it. Guess what it said I was going to do. That's right, focus. Well, to some degree I have, but I've focused on too many different things !!
Before I found WA, I had signed up to a number of different things, only one of which is making me money. But I am now on so many marketers lists, that I am being offered new things to look at every day, and it all takes time
Working online means we all have tons of stuff to distract us, every day, so I am sure I am not the only person here with this problem, to some degree. So I would love to hear from you guys what distracts you, and how you manage to maintain focus.
I don't want to completely ignore other stuff, because being aware of what is out there will be a part of what I will be doing here, in future, but I know my main focus going forward, has to be here.
Worst distractions for me:
Facebook and the stuff I get in my emails (ok I will click on the link and just have a quick look).
Looking back on when I have achieved extroardinary things, like when I first ran a marathon, I know I was totally focused on that goal. I need to recreate that here.
On the plus side, I have made a start, these last few days, on focusing much more on WA , and as a result, have got my first website basically done. I haven't put graphics on yet, but the basic layout and some content, enough to start promoting it, and, obviously, I have started blogging here.
I've also got a landing page etc at Aweber.

You are very correct, Focus is the main thing we need to move forward in our online business within WA. I am a victim of no focus, a lot of distractions. Am struggling to find my feet in this regard. Thanks for sharing, God bless you.

Hi Mohammad, nice to know I am not alone. As I said to peter, focus on why you came here, and that should help you to stay on focus. I try to put things at the top of my list now, that will directly help me to go forward here in some way.

I agree with you. There is one other thing I am going to be looking at, but I won't say anything here for now. My focus is here, with anything else just when I have any spare time. So not very often !
