Remember to take time out.
Hello all at WA,
Just sat here at home with some old classic tunes on the go and a good glass of red and I thought I would write my first blog post. Maybe the wine has something to do with it, but I was just thinking how nice it is just to sit back and relax and just reflect on what we already have in our lives.
At the moment Mrs P is snoozing on the couch with our dog and I'm sat chilling to the music. It just made me think how lucky we all are with the opportunities we have in this day and age.
Being able to run such adaptive business at anytime and anywhere in the world. I ask myself why do we sometimes run our online businesses like a normal work day, stress out, panic and worry what other might think of our next article or how our websites look.
When in reality we have so much flexibility in our online businesses. Look at me at this moment. Drinking wine and listening to music, alongside writing this post, where and what normal work day would you be able to do this. Amazing when you think about it really...
What I'm really trying to say is don't forget to take a moment and reflect, chill or whatever makes you happy and not let you forget who you really are. Embrace the moments of peace and relaxation and live for the now.
Be kind and smile often

You are right, Bryan. I've always had problem with that being a workaholic but I'm getting better. It's just hard when you want to achieve something and see how many things have to be done :)
Totally understand, I've tried doing online on and off for the last decade or so. Everything from Herbalife, voucher site, resale rights the list goes on. Yet I've had to put restrictions on myself each time. Juggling family life, work and other responsibilities have been difficult but I believe I have the right mix this time round.
Good luck on your journey and take that needed time when you can.

Such an important thought. We often overwhelm ourselves thinking we need to do a certain thing at a certain time, and due to that we start questioning if this is really worth it. It’s so important to unwind and have peace of mind.
Again another wise comment, like I said to Sophie, I believe I have the correct mix this time around. My wife Sabrina has been awesome over the years and has supported my dream to work from home. It's been challenging and when I go too deep into my work she's always there to give me a nudge back into reality.
Good luck on your journey and remember to unwind when needed.

Thank you, and yes! It is also so comforting having your family support you.
Good luck to you as well.
