From initially having no idea about creating websites i now have one that i'm reasonably happy with and have two more that i'm creating. I've had my site http://cycletrainingplans.com up and running for about three months.Every time i log on the computer to do some work on the site I first visit google analytics to see how many visits I've had. The trouble is I've noticed my mood can alter depending on what results are revealed.A poor total of visits and i'm slightly despondent, questioning whether its worthwhile and what i'm doing wrong. On these days its often hard to get motivated. A good total and i'm elated, raring to go an

Having spent thirty years as a pharmacist dealing with public health issues I thought it fitting that I give Wealthy Affiliates a health check now I have completed six weeks as a member. I chose my niche about bike training.Ten years ago, before I started cycling my health was all right but i was bit overweight, high cholesterol, blood pressure on the high side . My doctor said for a fifty year old it could be expected, and a few medications would keep it in check. I didn't want to go down that track. At the prompting of a friend I started cycling. I hadn't been on a bike since I was 13 years old. My first ride was about 4 km. A struggle, I was totally wasted afterward .Howev
