It is given away through your autoresponder. Your autoresponder will have a video on their site to show you how its done.
I give away free ebooks to people who subscribe to my newsletters. One is given away when they sign up. And another is given away in an autoresponder sent email. I upload ebooks to my website and then give the URL out.
