Are the yoast plugins better than the all in one?

I changed back from Yoast (premium) to All-in-One SEO (free) as have many other members and we are now seeing much better ranking results. Unfortunately, there have been a lot of issues with Yoast since the 3.0 update, from which it never really recovered. It's sadly become bug-ridden bloatware with many of the originally free features being moved over to the premium version. The owner Joost has even been caught "touting" for 5-star reviews to try and cover up the avalanche of 1-star ones!! I'd suggest you stick with AIOSEO!

I was recently just going through my page's menu on my wordpress and I realized that two options on my right side of each page that I have. They are labeled SEO Title and SEO D
Oh wow, this page opened without replies until I added my reply.
Gremlins?
This has happened at least once before.
I fill these out, however, during the training, Kyle states there really is no SEO love because of it.
It doesn't hurt? I do it.
just my two cents.

Yeah I just started filling them out as well Mickey. I am on the same boat as you because it can't hurt. But just figuring out that I can edit them I didn't want to initially start doing it and then screw up my all in one seo plugin.
Thank you for you input.
