I put my previous site on hold and started anew!

I started one site, and decided to scratch it...for now. I wish I would have put more time into thinking about my domain name before I had bought it, ugh, but, trial and error. I wonder what will happen to it now, will it just float in cyberspace somewhere? Can you deactivate it till you are ready to work on it again, when you actually know what you are talking about in order to add more content? (thinking out loud)

Anyway, I started a new one, that I did not find any other with a similar name, called the Cafe Rag Magazine. I'm hoping to fill it with all sorts of good content, after all, it is about anything and everything. It'll either make it or break it, but I will give it my best effort. I am learning about the theme as I go, like we all do, but am frustrated that I cannot find an answer to this question, so perhaps someone can help me out with it? I posted a review on a page I call "reviews", when I am ready to post a new review, will that previous one disappear, or will it be archived? It's a page, not a post. If so, what can I do so all of my reviews can be archived for people to read later? If you wouldn't mind giving some feedback (in here please) I'd love it. Remember, it is still in the beginning stages, so more will be added later. If you would like to post some comments (not feedback) on any of the pages, that would be awesome also. Thanks for your time :) www.caferag.com

You can always buy another domain name and just transfer to it. I would leave it up and add content when you feel like. Time is good for a website along with quality content.

You would just add the other review pages to your menu under reviews if you like. Best place for feedback is here https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/website-feedback

I do like your website theme and the image. The top menu confused me a bit, but that is me. I think the Amazon link images could be placed more strategically. Maybe anchor text instead.

Anyways, great start and good luck with your new site.

You can chose to not have Google or other search engines index your old domain name until you are ready to do whatever you want to it. There is an option in your Dashboard for doing this. It is called "no-index"

I agree with steph......dont delete it or get rid of it ...you have paid for it so keep it....you have to remember it is not the name that is the most important thing...it is the content......it is the keywords that rank the most not the name (some names yes but it is not essential, if you get what i mean).

I am doing reivews and i am going to have a new page for each review and when i get to a lot there will be a page with a clip of each review that will link to the full review xoxoxo

Keep it honey xloxoxox hope you are getting on well .

Let me know how you are getting on. you can PM or profile message me xoxoxo
