Out sick with a flu bug!
I tested negative for covid 19 4 times so it's not COVID-19, it's the normal run of the mill of common cold according to my PCP. Sore throat, runny nose, cough, fatigue, feels like common cold but it's not Coronavirus at all. The rapid test and PCR test came out negative.
So I am taking care of myself. I got caregivers here.
We still have people at my facility out sick its both flu like with no covid or covid. Most are recovered.
For me, this lingers since last Monday. We will have another test tomorrow. But please do not give me any medical advice or engage in controversy about vaccines or snake oil remedies regarding COVID-19 as my tests don't show any viral load of COVID at all. If any of you mention such bogus health claims, your comments will be deleted.
For guitar Frank, hey doc, I know what to do so I'm just doing the best I can. I do not need antivirals. My PCP said so in Epic MyChart.. At least she is aware of this.
A lot of my friends bought me soup, tea, vitamin C, and lots of TLC that they dropped off for me.
Hopefully soon, I will feel better. I did start feeling a little better yesterday but today, I feel miserable. Hopefully it will go away on its own if it doesn't, I will visit my PCP which is one block away from my assisted living facility.
I will be back blogging as soon as I am better.

I am the same. I am not sure if someone is playing tricks on me and I got the flu before I got the shot or not. But yeah it lingers. Just rest and it will pass soon
Hey Brenda, I hope you feel better soon. I am dreading this time of year. Last October, I ended up with that new strain of the flu and was in the hospital for the whole month and then some.
With my COPD, it was pretty bad. I don't want to do that again.

I'm really sorry that you are under the weather, they may be called common colds, but they can certainly make you feel pretty miserable. I really hope you make a speedy recovery.
Now, just for a bit of constructive criticism! I know you write some absolutely wonderful posts, along with many others on the platform. But it's good that we can comment and be open about things, even if we don't agree. We can learn from each other in that way.
I don't think it is a good practice to say that you are going to delete comments, as that's not really a fair debate. We need to be open to what other people have to say. I do appreciate that it's good to keep Wealthy Affiliate on the right subject line as in creating an online business etc. But we should be able to debate whether we agree or not! Just a few thoughts from myself.
