I became a Premium Plus Member last November during the Black Friday Deal.
A short note to thank Kyle and Carson for allowing me to stay on this platform. I had faith in Kyle and Carson that one day they will close caption the training platform. 4 years ago closed captioning did not exist. I could not understand the training because I am Deaf. I think about a year ago or so the platform now has closed captioning features. This enables people with hearing loss to access this platform also captioning will help people learn English as a second language by reading the captioning.
I look forward to bringing more Deaf people from my community on this platform.

Congrats on 4 years Brenda. I have noticed that individuals who have serious challenges are able to do better than those who do not. That says a great deal about you. For sticking around and having hope.
Those of us who are not deaf will never know what it is like. Unless we turn off our volume and try to learn.
All the best to you.
