WA Back Support Outstanding.
I had to validate the license of a premium plugin that I have purchased for my word press site. After activating, it was asking for API key with a message in my WP dashboard. I needed help to resolve it by going to wp-config.php file. Which I was not able to do it. I raised support ticket and was resolved within 30 mins.. This is some thing outstanding and I went ahead with configuring my plugin, with out even worrying about al those technical things.
Wasn't it cool to keep focused.

That's awesome, support is great here and they do fix issues quickly. No worries about techie stuff.
Customer support and tech support are among the main reasons i prefer to host my sites here instead of a lower budget host. They also do site backup and have good security and the ability to change your password with one click of the mouse. And then there's the training and the WA community. I couldn't ask for more.

It is easy, click on SiteRubix tab at right side of main dashboard. That will take you to 6 other associated tabs, Click on support tab, then raise a ticket from there.
