This Webguy Lost Page 1 to the Air Force
Many years ago, I launched a website at BotheWebguy dot com. I had a number of clients in the Southeast at the time and was pushing that site to get business. It was my goal to get new clients to start there and create an account at the CRM I was using at the time. Telling them to google webguy and see me on page 1 helped demonstrate what I could do for them. My business cards had "Google Me" on them.
I'm still there sort of...
I am still on page 1 for Bo the Webguy and other webguy terms, but it was cool to be on page 1 for just "webguy". I am on page 2 for just "webguy"
It wasn't a huge accomplishment at the time, because it really did not generate a lot of traffic. It was just really nice to show someone that I was on Page 1 for a 1 word search term. I lost focus keeping it on the first page and let that page go unattended for years as I partnered with others that weren't as keen promoting the "Bo the Webguy" brand. Recently, I have decided to focus a little more on getting that site updated for 2020. I looked to see what comes up and noticed that the Air Force seems to dominate the search results.
It may be difficult to take over the top spot from the United States Air Force.
It will be fun trying to get back there. Of course, making money is the key here and being on page 1 for revenue producing searches is a lot more beneficial.
I have some work to do to get back to where I want to be with my website business.

Still have a few cards that you designed. I have a lot of stuff going on. Just looking back at past successes.
Their webguy has a lot of content out there and is probably on salary with the Academy. I am not sure my time would be spent wisely trying to get that spot back. More Low Hanging Fruit to snag. ;)
Hm, how did you lose your position to the Air Force? I'm curious lol.

The US Air Force has a "Webguy" if you google webguy you will see a lot of pages and results from that guy. I am guessing he has a team behind him that provides services to the United States Air Force Academy. They have a lot of content provided by "Webguy"

I was called the Bo the Webguy before I started seeing the Air Force use it online.
