Google index question?

Hello, When starting out here at WA i made a website following the lessons of the Wa page. After a few lessons with my siterubix site i noticed it was misspelled so i then decide to do another one with the misspelling corrected. This second website i changed to my .com which is the one I'm currently working on continuing with the second course.

The thing with the question is that my first website that is currently still with my siterubix, and misspelled name, and with only my about page in it is in page #8 of google when i search with the keyword i chosen. But my 2nd page which is the .com page and currently with more content is nowhere to be found indexed yet.

1.Should i copy the content of my .com page to the siterubix site and take advantage of its position in the indexe?

2.Should i delete it and stick with my .com or use both at the same time with the same content?

3.Is my .com not indexed yet because it has been fairly less time created than my siterubix website even dough it has far less content?

Beside the question, its really exciting to be in the 8th page when before i wasn't even there. Very motivational to keep working and see how far more well it will become once i finish the work and lessons. Thanks for the help in advanced :)

You should never have duplicate content on two different websites.

Here at WA we have a move feature as well that allow you to transfer your Siterubix websites over to your own domains, if that is what you are looking to do. This handles all redirects and everything need to retain the SEO value of your content.

Here is some training on the transfer process and how it works:

Hope this helps you out Omar!

I did that move with my .com already. You see when i started the courses i did the site and noticed the misspelling. So i decided to create a second site as an exact duplicate of the first one with the misspelling corrected and used this second website to continue with the lessons and moved it later to my own .com domain. So i cannot use the siterubix site that is ranked in google at the 8th page because although it is a duplicate of the .com- it has far less information and work in it than the .com (only the about me page is on the siterubix one) so i was thinking of deleting the old one and give my .com some time and hope it gets indexed as the siterubix did. Thanks for the answers everyone :)

Yeah, that would be the best approach. Keep the content (the duplicate) on the site that you are going to work to get ranked, in this case most likely your .com. Then remove it from the domain that you don't care about getting ranked.

Leave it. Just set up a redirect from the siterubix site to your .com site. Problem solved.

Even tough both are the same site? Theme and everything ? U see when i got wind of the mispelling i just copyd the sites them and content and moved it to the .com and developed it more. So still a redirect is the best choice?
