Did tyou become an annual member; if so your account will be active until the day it was scheduled to end under the last payment made.
Hi - did you cancel correctly, by going through your Account Settings? And if you paid by PayPal, it will have set up a recurring subscription which also needs cancelling.
Are you sure you did it correctly by clicking on the "cancel billing" button in subscriptions? If so then contact Kyle on his profile page or via email.

And check if you have "Billing is cancelled" in red.
For any websites hosted here, you need arrange alternative hosting for your website before your subscription ceases as you would be locked out the platform, site support back ups are only available for 60 days.
You can never revert back to being a starter.
I also suggest you backup your sites, you can use the AIO WP Migration or Updraft plugins. UpdraftPlus is a premium and highly recommended
