I've taken a look at your site and it is agreed that the niche you are encompassing and the way the site is set up ( homepage meta and content ) is rather vague in respect to building significant traffic in less time, than more.....The power of a domain name lies in its ability to match up "keyword relevance" to the rest of the sites content, so you may see a lot of domain name names matching the keyword phrase being searched for in many respects. So if you can laser target your niche with its root keyword phrase in the domain name that is a definite plus. Even with your chosen domain, and the home page meta and content reflecting the keyword "reviews", That is probably not the way to go, especially if you are prepared to build significant content. ..... Upon a little more research I did just now, the best advice for your existing site is "keyword research"! You may not be able to leverage the targeted niche approach, but you can still write targeted content, get it ranked and get traffic. Put the tv show and movie names in Jaaxy and it will tell you what phrases people are searching for in regards to the specific show or movie, (and many of these keywords are in the later stage of the buying cycle which means these are the ones you want to use, I had no idea people are looking for so many things related to Harry Potter, I'm mystified! ) and Jaaxy also shows you how easy it is o rank for that particular phrase! So what you would want to do is set up a relevant landing page in regards to the show/movie title, this would be a review page, This gives you a relevant page about the root keyword phrase which is going to be the same as the title of the movie/show , now at this point the way to build it up and get traffic is to research those all important keyword phrases, ( so any phrase that includes the original root keyword phrase like "Harry Potter book collection" for example ), once you have found keyword phrases that are not to competitive and are oriented towards buying something, you can either write an article (title called "Harry Potter book collection review", which is a pretty good example) post it to a few good article directories like street articles, with a link pointing back to your site (for example you could write in the authors resource box, for more information on Harry Potter book collections you can visit http://www.bestreviewsforyou.org/harrypotterbookcollection , the harrypotterbookcollection would be the title of your landing page. You would link your original (root keyword phrase page ,http://www.bestreviewsforyou.org/harrypotter to - http://www.bestreviewsforyou.org/harrypotterbookcollection because it is considered a topic on the subject of Harry Potter, this kind of thing builds up relevance and grows importance in the search engines ability to rank your topics about Harry Potter. You would want to repeat this process build up the kind of site that you have. Of course your http://www.bestreviewsforyou.org/harrypotterbookcollection landing page would be about harry potter book collections in general and on this same page would be your affiliate links leading to buying sources for the Harry potter book collections you discuss. The best way to get traffic is to have content on your site and to write articles in article directories. When you have content you can drive traffic via social media - but you have to have something for people to read/purchase.

As you said you niche is very wide and as it's been pointed out to you this is a potential problem.

If you don't already have a schedule of topics you're going to write about over the next month I would create one. It helps you to write regularly rather than have to write on an adhoc basis.
