A huge increase in my motivation!

Though I was already pretty motivated, what I just saw boosted it ten-fold.

I wrote an article on one of my keywords and published it just "6 days" ago. As soon as I published it I immediately fetched as google. Within 30 minutes it had been indexed.

To me, getting indexed is not really a big cause for celebration though it is of course a stepping stone in the right direction.

This post is the only one I planned on tracking because the quoted search results only reveals 9,320 pages and I figured I could easily find my page in the rankings and watch it to guage the effect of my efforts.

So here were the results.....

Day 1- Indexed

Day 2- Searched out of curiosity (Could not find my page) (Published more content)

Day 3- Searched again (Could not find my page) (Published more content)

Day 4- Did not search (Figured I still had a ways to go before I would find my page)

Day 5- Did not search (Changed Theme, built a better menu, reviewed all content and added a few more internal and external links throughout all my content.)

Day 6- Searched again (Found my post on page 10, 5th or 6th position, don't remember.) (Published very little content and focused more on navigation, added social media sharing and newsletter plugins)

Day 7- I just searched my targeted keyword in quotes. I am now on Page 1 in the 2nd position!

In short, if you are taking action on everything that is taught here, YOU CAN SUCCEED!

I still have a very long road to "financial" success because my website is in its' infancy, but I guage my success by progress. Every post I publish is a success. Every internal link, every external link, every comment recieved through site comments....All these little things are fragments of success!

That is all. Just thought I would share.
