Most of us, when we think of success, picture a famous rich person who achieves great things. We hardly ever think of completing minor tasks and achievements as being "successful". I think that small achievements are like seeds that eventually grow and mature. However, we can't spend our time visualizing our success in the future because that robs us of the opportunity to enjoy the now. So, like happiness, success must be claimed in the present no matter what your condition.

Great thought! I couldn't agree more. This is a challenge that we face. We all have big dreams, looking forward to them can if we are not careful rob us of the enjoyment of the simple seemingly subtle successes. And we should always strive to do our best, no matter what we are doing.
