You may have a niche dealing with health foods because it has improved your health and you have some testimonies to share with your visitors. Consider how to create and add video testimonies to your website as I believe seeing someone talking about your passion for health foods and relating flesh examples of how it help you towards a better life.
Profile Video
He might be thinking, who is this owner of the website, and so he clicks on the About Me page and see's a video of you introducing yourself and the family members talking about your journey to better health, why you created the website wanting to share your knowledge and experiences.
Why put family members in the video? Because a scammer would usually not bring his wife and kids to be part of the scam. It's like the visitor knows enough about you now that he is comfortable and willing to buy your products/services.
You won't need professional video equipment as smartphone video cameras in HD do a great job.
To me, text and images content can be similar from website to website. But if I'm comfortable with the website because I relate to the owner, I'd more likely buy from them.. Don't you think you would too?

Now remember you can easily create a youtube account for free, then your own channel dedicated to your niche. Host the videos on you youtube then link or embed onto your website.
In the description of you video, on youtube, add a link to your website... for more free incoming traffic.
You can use your smartphone and do selfie video, but you're right, what is the size/time limitations for that video. I will perhaps do some experimentation when I get younger and let you know LOL. Nah, I'll let let you know anyway.
As for as loading it in you know.. I'll try to put something out on that as well. Aloha
