Amazon Mishaps
Just want to let everyone know that you cannot use the same email address for Amazon Affiliates as you would use to buy something on Amazon. Working with their affiliate program for 3 months and had nothing sold, so I called them last night. Found out I had to open a whole new affiliate account with them because the email address was the same for both. On Oct 27th they are removing the astores, but I think your links will just go to their home page, not the item anymore.

Very interesting. We both have this issue here. I have sold with the same email though-twice. Two ebooks but it listed the sales. Why can't we just change our email on the personal account?
Thinking of this in the opposite way, may work. I do not know. Hopefully it does for you. I only had 1 sale, but I know I had a total of 3 so I started all over again. Good Luck.
Also - if you purchase from them, those sales do not count towards your affiliate, even if you go through your site.

If you have the same email address for both, you have to start all over and lose any sales you had. Sorry

Well thank you for this information, I was kicked out of the affiliate program with no explanation. Now I know what the problem is.

No only two months in.
Are you going to reapply?
Yes, I was going to wait until I get more traffic so that I can pass the 6 month sale threshold.
