I’m here to ask some questions, I went to affiliate marketing, and it ask me affiliate Link and a label where should I gonna get my link ?

Have you joined above program, it is asking you to log in to get the links and label.
If you have not, please be aware that you site should have at least 20 posts or so, the more the better, because programs do check your site niche and relevance due approval.

Hi - this is far too early to be thinking about adding affiliate links. Your website hasn't even been found by Google yet, so it isn't in the search engines for anyone to find it. This is called indexing and can take up to a couple of weeks. You will get an email when it happens.
