Theme "Profile" Default Text

Need some help for the theme "Profile" I am using for our church website. I couldn't figure out how to change "Your Default Text Goes Here" on the upper left corner of the image. I want to change it but I can't find where it is.
If you are using this theme, your help is highly appreciated.

I believe that can be changed under 'Site Identity' in the Appearance/Customize area.
Thanks, Mel. But I looked into all the customizations, it's not in there. The only answer I could think of is that it's for premium option and I have to pay for it.
