Well now I've learned a bit more, and am a bit further along with my website, I would love some input from everyone on how my site is looking please! I have managed to get Adsense happening on it (the ads are pretty big, is that normal?), and sometimes Amazon (not sure what's going on there). Also the widgets with herb info on the home page come up first on every page for some reason, making the reader have to scroll down to find what they are looking for - I would imagine that some people may think that the page hasn't changed and that the website isn't functioning properly.
