I'm in shock!
I haven't been working on this site for several months for a variety of reasons including health and a move from NYC, where I lived my whole life, to Tyler TX to be close to my 3 of my grandkids.I actually published a blog post today on Seniors. So I thought I would look around and see where I was possibly at in the search engines. No where to be found on google yet. So I thought just for ha ha's I would check Bing. LOOK what I found! One of my posts is Number 1 unless I'm reading this wrong. Can anyone tell me if this is actually so or am I being faked out by some algorithm or browsing technique that is making it show up #1 on my computer only. It's pretty inspirational for me to think this. I hope I can fall asleep now

If you did the search "incognito" then it is possibly true, if not the try again going incognito.
it isn't a website, it is doing a search incognito so that the search engine doesn't pick up whats already in your history.
Click on the 3 dots top right-hand corner of the search bar and open a window in incognito, then do the search

No your not wrong, but then it might be that your website doesn't have enough posts about the many products that you are trying to sell that could be helping to solve the customers problems within what they are looking for that is your niche that you chose. I hope I have helped you answer your questions. Have you asked Kyle of Carson why your ranking is so high? Maybe there is an answer somewhere within WA that we have not really gotten our hands on yet.
