Back from hiatus

I have been away for several months due to a variety of reason including health and moving from NYC for a whole new life in Tyler TX to be closer to my Son, Daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren, not to mention the monetary advantages.
I also have to admit that I had gotten stuck with the development of my website and if I had picked the right niche/keywords to continue with what I was doing. I initially picked the website name strictly because it was one I had for many years and had always said to myself it was a great name and would use it the minute I could. Also it was a primary email address. Now I'm not so sure it lends itself to this kind of development. If you go to beinggreat.com you can see for yourself where I left off and if you have any suggestions or I should just start over. I also don't remember most of what I had learned although the time I felt I was progressing nicely with attaching affiliates and dealing with Google. I think a lot has changed since I stopped and probably need to see the new information I assume is here.
So what should I do? Pickup where I left off or start anew? Help will be greatly appreciated!
