Newbie thoughts
Been here 5 days - I think-time just fly's by..
So the basic training is done and i have my 1st word press website published with the standard 3 page lay out & "About Me" and "Privacy Policy" filled in.
Found the training relatively easy to follow - clear and concise. But what I did not expect was the power of the internet as a marketing tool!!
Jaaxy just blew my mind away - I could spend all day researching stuff there just for the fun of what people are searching for and how its all collated and linked, then seeing the number of people targeting those key words - amazing!!
Brain is flowing with emotional and rational thoughts that are getting mixed up ...so need to get the "professional" head on & plan a few things out
So I got the basic site - now the other hundred question...
How to get content put up, get the pages listed, go for the soft or hard sell ...maybe get established traffic 1st and drip feed some cash generating links on to the site. these are things to look at.
How do I check my traffic is another
The email res-ponder thingy plug in that's not activated is also something to chase
Then when I go premium I need to look at the style choices for the site
Sort out the domain separation as well
Then I go and look at "Affiliate Bootcamp"....
WOW !!
Now this is another generator to get on to full time...my mind goes off again in to the emotional and rational thought mix up...lol
One thing nobody can say is that Wealthy Affiliate is not inspirational - and that just with two bog standard basic training for free programs...
My emotional and rational thoughts have now become one and tell me that this place is going to do me a lot of good!!

Yes it can be frustrating at times & I also need to put the horse before the cart - or is it the other way around....lol

A lot of your questions are going to be answered naturally as you head through the training and anything that isn't, just ask. You have a ton of help here and it sounds as though you are making some awesome progress thus far Kevin. Nice work!

Yes I can see the light and my mind is on focus to which path to follow
Premium here i come and control the scatter gun of income streams populating my mind & zoom in to focus on getting the basic foundation solid....some times less is more!!
