What email? Is this the SiteRubix Site Email? Or a different email? I am currently using a Gmail account featuring my website's name. Have you contacted Site Support? The last time I had a technical issue, they responded within 45 minutes and had already fixed the problem so I highly recommend doing that.

I never got an email confirmation. Your password and forwarding info is within the Rubix site manager if you set it up here at WA. Here's a link to how to set up your forwarding. I just did it tonight myself! How To Setup Email In WA Hosting: Part 1
