Confessions of a Wealthy Affiliate Virgin!
So, I have just completed Level 2 of Online Entrepreneur Certification and, as per Kyle's instructions, this is my progress blog.
To be honest, I would probably have written one anyway but I am also one of those people who needs a gentle 'nudge' from time to time.
Confession Number 1
I never thought it would take me so long to get to the end of Level 2 training here at Wealthy Affiliate.
I have really struggled with the content writing which has definitely held back my progress.
However...
Confession Number 2
I have learned a lot! Not only about domains, websites, keywords, making use of visuals and everything else that is covered in levels 1 and 2, but also about myself.
Which leads me nicely on to....
Confession Number 3
I am my own worst enemy! Now, I know this statement will resonate with many of you in the WA family, especially the newbies like me.
I have struggled with keeping focused on the tasks at hand. I constantly get distracted and find myself multitasking which results in not enough getting done.
Thanks to edwinbernard and his 'Daily Business Action Plan & Time Management' blog I am now getting better at this. I followed his advice and have set a schedule/plan for each day which I didn't have until 5 days ago!
Confession Number 4
Sticking to the schedule is still a challenge but as this is also a learning process I am not going to beat myself up over it. Each day I'm getting better at following it and looking forward to improving my focus as the days, weeks and months progress. Compared to where I was a week ago this is a massive step forward!
You Can Do It Too
Truthfully, if I can do this, anyone can.
Like most of the people who join Wealthy Affiliate, I started here with no experience in any of the skills they teach you. Having done only 2 levels of the training I'm stunned at how much I've learned already.
It is very much a self paced learning experience and the support network is nothing short of world-class.
So just do it, join the community and start the journey, you'll find a tsunami of support pushing you forward.
Thank You
For me the journey so far has been amazing, frustrating, exhilarating, annoying, eyeopening, challenging and interesting.
Thank you to each and every one of you who has followed, helped, commented, liked or supported me in any way whatsoever, you really are appreciated so much more than I can express.
OEC Level 3 - IM COMING FOR YOU!!

You said you are struggling with content, but earlier today I had a quick look at Your Site, the Lay-out same as Mine, so I like the look of it already, but you have Posted 5 items, and Well What can I say but WELL DONE.

Thanks Murray,
Encouraging as always so very much appreciated.
Aye, time management and me have never been the best of buddies unfortunately. When I get to the end of every day I have never got everything done that I intended. Some would say my list is too long but I can assure them, it's not! Just spend too much time chasing my elusive tail.
I feel a lot better after reading this blog by ParthaB though, you should check it out.
