I have tried everything and also my email is in place, not sure what to do else!
And the email is already in the box as it should be? You are not adding it yourself? And it is the correct email you set up your Gravatar account with?
When you initially click "offer comment", does the screen open up in the way I have shown in the image above? You can see the name of the website, the post in the background, and the box to click "view the website"?
If so, you may have to contact Site Support. Not sure if it is a problem they can help with though, but I don't know what else to suggest.

I have this problem again that when I give comments, the system says to visit the website and read the blog which I have done various times but it still comes up and I cannot p
Hello I occasionally have this issue. 2 things, it might be your internet connection dropping out, even momentarily or it could be that you navigate away from the WA site whilst you are commenting/drafting a comment. Its fine to draft on say a word doc and copy it in, but make sure you leave the WA site open when you have chosen to comment on a particular site. I hope this helps.
Are you putting your comments directly on the blog/website?
If so that is wrong. You need to comment on the section within WA where you found the site.
WA then puts it on the website and notifies the owner it;s the only way they can keep track that it is your comment from within WA
I put the comments in the right place within WA and formerly it worked but now I cannot give any comments.
I sometimes have this when trying to comment on my mobile... all I do is refresh the page and redo and it seems to work then.
Not ideal, but works.
