Do unused monthly word credits as a premium or premium plus member expire?

I am not sure if this has been asked or answered previously...apologies for any duplication.
Does anyone know if allocated and unused monthly word c
They are refreshed monthly on your join date. They do not carry forward to the following month. So I suggest that you use them.

I believe that purchased ones do, but the allocated ones don't.
That's a good way to describe it. Is it related to paid ones?
