So far, I have been doing 2 hours of Wealthy affiliate training and work every morning, every day before I do anything else. I am eating breakfast at the same time. I feel 2 hours is not enough but that is where I am at right now. MAC.
Like they say slow and steady wins the race. If that is all you can do for now so be it. Gradually once you get the hang of things do a workaround of where you can find more time like less TV for example is a great start.
Do whatever works for you and know this is not a race but you are learning to build an online business.

You are welcome and true we can get distrated so easily take a look a social medai. many time we will check out any messages we get and then look at another one then again and again get ourselves hooked on reading the many messages given we then find an hour can go past so quickly where we should be spending that time online with our content.
