It's All About The Customer

Of course your online business, have products and services the you want to make money. You might have the best prices on the web right now. You might be way ahead of your competition. You might have the best looking website that money can buy.

Your business it not about that. It's all about the customer.

Everything you do should be about your customer, visitors, your prospects. Besides your customers are the one that determines whether your business go viral or go under.

Everything thing you do should focus directly on your customers, that includes, advertisements, products, cost, payment processing, website and your blog content.

You must know everything about your customers, What problems are they having? What kind of products do they like? What bargains are they looking for? What price are they looking for? Etc. You must know your customers inside and out.

I've recently read an awesome book mentioning customers as your bosses. Most of the time, their complaints are actually opportunities waiting to be explored and accomplished. :D

We don't sell a product. No, we sell a service! Give the customer the feeling, that he is the #1 customer for you. Never mind how small or how big he buys.

I conpletely agree . People spend thousands on a site and it's not user friendly and they lack customer service and follow up which is Uber important. In today's world where everything is automated the thing that people always want is a World Class Customer Service experience.
