PayPal are truly really great at helping their customers resolve issues just like this one. Here's their contact page: https://www.paypal.com/ca/smarthelp/contact-us
You should be able to sign into your PayPal account and be able to find a means of contacting them ... even a telephone number if necessary.

My paypal account is a personal account that I have right now. would I have to update to a business account or can I stay with a personal account and receive payments ?
