My Taylor Swift Concert Experience
As we grow older, we tend to think we have seen it all, until we experience something new and exciting. That was the case for me when I attended Taylor Swift's concert. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget. Seeing all the outfits people wore, so many young people, exchanging friendship bracelets, and Taylor singing and dancing for 3 1/2 hours was a massive production that left everyone on their feet singing all the songs.

I Am A Swiftie
As a member of the Swiftie group, I was surrounded by family and there was only one of us who had seen Taylor before in many of her different eras. It was interesting to see how many fans grew up with Taylor, and how every nuance of the show was exciting.
My favorite parts of the show were seeing the janitor cart that Taylor hides in to be brought to the stage, and our section screaming with delight when they saw it. Seeing Taylor's parents come in at the last instance and being greeted with cheers was also a highlight. The anticipation of the start of the show and then the moment she appeared, full of energy, was unforgettable.
I was ready for the show because I had been studying Taylor. Watching videos, listening to all the albums, and learning all the lyrics made me appreciate her even more. Everything had to fall into place, from getting the Ticketmaster tickets to parking and getting food and merch, but it was all worth it.

One of the Best
Being a Swiftie is a unique experience that I cherish. Taylor is the real deal, and for those who wonder, don't worry about me, Barbra Streisand is and always will be my number one, but I have loved so many others too. I have been to lots of other big shows including Elvis, Paul McCartney, and Bruce Springsteen, but Taylor Swift's concert was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
World Oldest Swiftie?
I can proudly say that I am the self-proclaimed oldest Swiftie, most likely not since I am in my sixties), and my bracelet proves it. Attending Taylor's concert was an experience that I will never forget, and I encourage everyone to experience it for themselves. The least expensive way and frankly easiest method is by watching YouTube videos!

Hello Anne, Wow, sounds like you had a great blast. I used to love going to festivals and concerts in my younger years.
With Copd, it is hard to go if there is a lot of walking.
But I still go to music halls when I can.
I enjoyed your post!. Glad you had a great time

Thanks Jeff- I haven’t even looked at images from the camera I took so I wouldn’t waste my iPhone battery until the show! I’m going to ride the Taylor swift wave with content on one of my websites!
That's an excellent idea, Anne!
