Tick Them Boxes!!!

I've been, for some time, among the population of dreamers who were actively seeking the know hows and the tools to create a career out of blogging; regularly checking who's on the top earning list, what they do to monetize their sites, I've been enhancing my writing skills, signing up for tutorials here and there and etc.

I realized I've been a dreamer who just watches the industry flourish, who just watches as other people achieve what I've been hoping to achieve.

I know I've been ready for a long time. I've got the skills. My talent as graphic artist that clients pay $10 an hour isn't bad at all. It's up to par. My writing skills ain't that bad, and I've realized that the world is becoming less strict with regards to writing styles and the more natural the article speaks of its topic the more appealing it gets. So yep, I can write for my audience, anybody can. Also, I have been configuring WordPress sites for my clients so it should be a breeze to setup my own... I've been this ready for years. And that's the problem. The problem is I need some kind of push... Push? What is that? I can't search for that? Can I Google something like : Where do I get the push to start my online business? I could search for it but I didn't simply because - it felt stupid. If I would search for the push I thought it would come from within me...

But something happened. I joined WA and I realized, the process has been known to me. The lessons, I have already come across before. The steps, I've read about them through so many blog setup sites I've read...Most of these have been presented to me in my active searches. So yeah I could go through them again. I was surprised how simplified every topic was presented and at the end of each lessons were tick boxes... I ticked them, alright. I didn't realize until Lesson 9 what these tick boxes were doing to me. And when I did realize, I can't help it but I had to laugh my lungs out. The push I've been waiting for are small tick boxes? You have got to be sh&%@in on me.

I can't believe this. I stopped. In fact I couldn't get myself to sign in for a day or two... Why? Because there was a surge of fear that crawled my spine. God I'm so afraid.. because I'm doing it. I'm actually doing it. What powers do these tick boxes have, Kyle and Carson? They're making me work on my dream! I was fighting with myself, it's nerve wracking. My mind was telling me " Go for it!"

And now, I've come to a decision. I'll tick them boxes and nothing will stop me. So WA, I haven't finished the Getting Started course yet... but OOOHHH I can't get enough of your tick boxes!
