Uphill Struggle
Here's what I've been up to...
I've been working hard at putting together some simple products specifically tailored to real estate agents. The biggest challenge was setting up WooCommerce and linking it to PayPal. Paypal makes you jump through several hoops as well. Had some frustrating moments but it all seems to be working now. I've started pushing it out there through social media. Anyone else having luck with their own product marketing strategy? I sure could use some pointers!
Also, I've added two new blog posts (1 blog and one new review) to my site but still struggling with driving traffic. Generating traffic really does appear to be my Aquille's heel. It's killing my business.
Back in 2015-2017 I had fairly decent amount of traffic flowing through my real estate Facebook pages (I have 3) but over the last year that traffic has dimished drastically. I haven't done anything differently, in fact, I've really pumped up the quality and frequency of the posts. When that didn't work, I took out another FB ad to drive traffic.
That used to work really well, but now my results are dismal using the saved audience. So, I tried expanding the audience range but that made little difference. Used to be I could use FB demographics and habits such as "Likely to move" option to better target my audience, but FB no longer permits that. Honestly, I think I've had it with FB! I'm about one half step away from shutting it all down.
There's a lot in the news about these tech giants censoring speech and putting in algorithims to drastically dimish peoples efforts to promote their businesses. I don't care what side of the aisle you are, no one has the right to do that! But don't get me going....
Today I watched a webinar and read about using Press Releases as a more efficient way to drive traffic. They are pricey though! The cheapest was $160 for each press release and more if you want help writing it. There are packages you can get, but those have a much, much higher price tag ($600 and up). I'm really bummed!
Any ideas?

Just keep going one day at a time. One obstacle at a time. Little bites still eat the whole pie and isn’t as unanaproahable.or as stressful.

I'm trying to research unconventional sources off traffic.
Press releases are on my list. I'll keep you posted.
