Well, it's been almost a year now since I first started with WA. Like many of you I signed up for the free Entrepreneur Certification course and loved it. I've since continued progressing through more and more courses and applying what I've learned along the way. To tell you the truth, I thought I'd be much further along by now with my online achievements. Somewhere along the way I decided to build up not one but two sites. Keeping content on both sites fresh and original keeps me at my keyboar

This past Friday, I got real lucky and my site was picked for Jay's Hot Seat review. I can't tell you how valuable it was. Through Jay's review I was able to step back and take a whole new view of my site. To be honest, I thought my layout design was solid but then Jay pinpointed that the second Featured Content header was a distraction. Darn! I really liked that header. It took a little while to navigate through my WP theme settings and finally figure out how to hide the Featured Content header

There are several tools I use to help automate repetitive tasks that suck up all of my time. These and other such tools have helped me considerably. Well, certainly some more than others. I did some more research on it and put together a list for you. Many of these tools are free to use but have PRO versions for a charge. Take a look...Hootsuite & Buffer - Each of these will let you manage your social media posts all in one place. You can schedule posts months in advance. You can include i

As I progress through the training, the question came to my mind, "What exactly, am I trying to accomplish"? What's my end game? I am a self-reflective person by nature so questions like these aren't uncommon and demand an answer. As such, I thought I'd share it here with you. Perhaps, you too could ask yourself a similar question and post it in here as I have done.I have two different and distinct methods to achieving one main goal. I'm a strong beleiver in multiple streams of income for finan

I've been working so hard at getting my site off the ground since last Fall. Going through the lessons one by one, writing blog after blog, watchng Jay's Live Events and reruns and just plain pushing through. For the longest time nothing was happening, just crickets. Very few were even visiting my site according to Google Analytics even though I continually push each post out to social media daily. I was getting so frustrated but I'm not a quitter. I just kepted plugging away at it. Then all of

Here's what I've been up to...I've been working hard at putting together some simple products specifically tailored to real estate agents. The biggest challenge was setting up WooCommerce and linking it to PayPal. Paypal makes you jump through several hoops as well. Had some frustrating moments but it all seems to be working now. I've started pushing it out there through social media. Anyone else having luck with their own product marketing strategy? I sure could use some pointers! Also, I've ad

I wrote an article on about the value of the process. That is, acknowledging the valuable lessons attained through the challenges of building your own business or achieving any great goal, for that matter. As frustratingly slow as it can be, I often have to remind myself that this is a process or a journey of self improvement that I'm traveling on. For instance, we all are growing in our understanding of the technical aspects of learning how to use keywords, improving our copywriting skills, co

If you've never read any of Robert Kiosaki's books, Rich Dad, Poor Dad" I highly recommend it and definitely believe it should be required reading for high schoolers. Few would argue that our school system does a whoefully poor job of preparing our children for life in the real world. They graudate college knowing next to nothing at all about budgeting, writing a check, paying bills, how credit works or how to manage money. In facts, most adults don't know how to manage money! The book explains
Hi everyone, I'm Annette. So my journey began about four months ago. I work as a Realtor full-time here in Michigan and was really just looking for new and less expensive ways to market my services online. That lead me to research internet marketing to see if i could incorporate some of their strategies into my own business. As I dug deeper, I realized that there was some potential here and that there are quite a few people earning very good income. As an aside, I started to get my 21 year old
