Today I got Premium on Guatemala Paypal
I'm finally in! And I'm here to stay!
Today was gonna be my last day before I lose my discount on Premium Membership. I have been slowing inching my way through "Get Started Here" Lessons and "Affiliate Bootcamp" thinking that I will give myself, say, a day or two and for sure I will lose interest. Well those days came and went and even from day 1 I have already decided I will go Premium. Wow! I have been and still am blown away by Wealthy Affiliate. I'm constantly getting "Oh, now I get it! " moments.
Yesterday, I told Eddy with a Y that I will go Premium. Well I had a hard time doing that. Let me mention that I am now based in the jungles of Guatemala. We do have Paypal here but only deposits and transfers. No cash outs. I have to always transfer funds to family in Chicago and they send me the cash (bank transfer, moneygram, western union). For some reason Paypal wouldn't allow me to pay Wealthy Affiliate because my only credit card is already linked to another account, and they don't take Debit Cards.
Today, I had to use my husbands Paypal. He was away in the jungle doing a tour to Semuc Champey . So I had to leave him several messages asking for his Paypal details. When his tour got up to the "Mirador" The Lookout, (that"s the only spot that has any signal all throughout the tour) he got my messages and texted me his details. Meanwhile, I was in the car picking up my kids from school. I had to quickly park by the curb, pay my Premium from my phone (while my husband is still in the area in case some problems arise). But it went smoothly...(high five to my kids in the backseat).
Hopefully, I will be able to sort out my banking and Paypal before the next monthly premiums due date. Because you know what? I am here to stay.

Oh my goodness Ann, I didn't realize you had to jump through so many hoops to make the payment.
You are truly dedicated to making this happen. Most other people would have just given up because it was too inconvenient but with that type of persistence you are bound to succeed.

Yah it was quite a trip. I'm kinda used to it now. In the US you just do everything in one click of a button. I actually miss the convenience living there. Here believe me, people still fall in line on paydays. You could see the line start 2 blocks away from the bank.
But I love it here. Its beautiful and still very culture oriented.
I shall keep on doing this. Thank you ever once again.
