I have seen one or two members offering their sites for sale here so I'd guess it's ok - unless someone says it's not. But not many do.
Pricing a site is a whole ;nother ball game, though. Price is usually determined by its earnings, not potential. If it has potential, why not keep it as a little money-maker?
