I am not building a website I am building help!
When I found wealthy affiliates I was trying to find a way to make money online to help with bills. I am so glad that I found this wonderful place because I get to create something that could bring income someday but I also get to help and support individuals that are going threw what I went threw. In the first course when Kyle said for us to pick a niche I thought for hours and hours and I wanted to do something that could make a difference to somebody's life, just like finding wealthy affiliates made a difference in my life.
I chose to help people with obesity and tell my story and how I changed my lifestyle. Maybe I could make somebody's life better and healthier. I have always had a weight problem even as a kid. I always ignored my doctors warnings, was always told I was fat. I was bullied really bad in school to the point that I quit high school in the 9th grade because I could not take it anymore (I have a GED). I went to the doctor a couple years ago and tipped the scales at 275 pounds (I am 5ft tall). I had felt really sick the last few months before that. So they ran some test and when they told me the results I cried. I was told I had diabetes my A1C was 8 my sugar level was 700. I was sent to the hospital for a couple of days for further testing. My heart was fine but my blood pressure was borderline.
I knew I had to do something and I did not want to depend on medicine for the rest of my life, but I took the medicine and changed my eating habits and became more active and believe me it is hard being so big and exercise. I felt like I needed a boost because my medicine had so many side affects and I was having trouble loosing weight. So I researched natural diet supplements and found one that my doctor and I both could agree on and he took me off my diabetes pills and let me gain control of my body on my own. Well it took off from there and I now have lost 95 pounds and still going. I took my life back from diabetes and did not let obesity ruin a life with my kids. So what I am hoping to gain from this website is to reach out to those who need to know how to take the steps in changing their lives from somebody who has been there and is still there. Technically I am still obese, but I no longer need medication to control my diabetes and my obesity with diet and exercise to keep losing weight. I'm taking control and I want to help others take control.
That's what I am proud of in my life. I gained a longer life with my 3 kids
