Creating links using a laptop

I've been recently working on my website using a laptop and I seem to be having trouble creating affiliate links. I'm able to create links just fine on a desktop. Can links be placed in WordPress using a laptop or is there a problem because it is a mobile device?
Any help with this is appreciated.

Hello Angelique, I do not think it matters whether you are using an tablet, laptop or desktop. I have created affiliate banners on my site using a tablet. So I do believe affiliate links can be placed in WP using a tablet or laptop. I have not tried using my smartphone.

Hi. I have placed affiliate links on a tablet. It may be that there is something wrong with the conectivity of your laptop. You should be able to place links with any devise as long as you can open enough windows easily.
When you use the tablet do you place the links into text or images?
