Feeling tired, drained and unmotivated? Don't give up! you got this!
I am writing this to encourage myself and anyone who is feeling fatigued, stressed and unmotivated.
Life can be hard, we all know that. I sometimes feel like I need a break from all the responsibility and pressure placed on me by colleagues, friends, family and worst of all the pressure I put on myself.
When I do not meet the expectations or goals that I have set for myself I get disappointed. Here's what I'm learning: don't be so hard on yourself, do your best let God take care of the rest, don't give up following a particular course (regardless of how long it seems to be taking to reach your goal)-you're stronger than you think and finally....when you feel like you need a break....TAKE A BREAK! People, assignments, work etc. can wait for a few minutes, hours or days but your mental health can't. So if you are like me trying to balance your journey on WA with many other work and life responsibilities, and you find that you are taking 5 days to write that article you thought would only take you 2 hours....it's okay. Take a deep breath and rest. When you've gathered your strength keep going, because all your hard work and effort will be worth it. Hope this helps someone who needed it, and I'm grateful for this platform to find and share support.

This can happen to anyone and does. I like your attitude about how you're feeling as that will keep the home fires burning for you as you get back on track.
