Muscle builder with quick results

Feel the effects from the very first days! I have tried many supplements over my 15+ years of working out at the gym. This includes all sorts of powders, vitamins and minerals, herbs, testosterone boosters etc Most of the supplements don't live up to their expectations. If you want fast muscle gains and as a result strength increases I would suggest the supplement phosphatidic acid. This supplement will be of a huge benefit to 'hard gainers' who have trouble building muscle due to a fast metabolism. This will also be of immense benefit to those on a calorie restriction diet or someone who does lots of cardio work but wants to preserve muscle.

Trying to keep this simple and not too scientific, when we have a fast metabolism our on a calorie restriction the ampk pathway is activated(you can Google it) and this is generally catabolic(breaking down) to muscle. The opposite of this is the activation of mtor pathway which is directly involved with protein synthesis and the building up of muscles. This is activated by a protein rich diet(particularly leucine), carbs, calorie surplus and hormones eg growth hormones, igf-1, testosterone etc. But the strongest way I have come across to boost the mtor pathway I have come across is the use of phosphatidic acid and I'm talking from experience. You can even test it out yourself. Carry out your normal routine except consume the phosphatidic acid for 2 days. Weigh yourself beforehand and after 2 days and see if you have had an increase in lean body mass. I know I did. Also I should mention like a lot of supplements it is best to not supplement everyday and use just before you work outs. That way it lasts longer and your body doesn't get so accustomed to it

All the best

I thought I was building a website.

Yes, you are. But you posted this on your Wealthy Affiliate blog, not your website. There is a difference.

Yes you are but not here- you need to go to websites and training and learn the process
This is not where you write articles/postsI hope this helps
