4 months on, and a new direction
Well, a lot has happened over the last couple of months. So much that I forgot to do an update after 3 months! So now I have reached 4 months and thought I would do my next update.
It feels like I have gotten over the 3 month hurdle. There were moments of doubt, but I have kicked on and will stick at it until I can built a sustainable business.
Unfortunately, over the last month I got quite busy outside of WA, and my first website slipped a little. But on reflection, I think it was a blessing in disguise as I have now come back, had the time to review my approach, what I have learned so far and decide on my next course of action.
Now, I after completing over half of the Affiliate Bootcamp, I have decided to take my journey on a new direction. Rather than a website promoting WA, I am venturing into my own niche and working through the Online Entrepreneur Certification course.
You might be asking why?
Well, I don't think my strategy for my Make Money Online site was working well. I wasn't getting any organic traffic, and the theme of my site made my purpose in helping people start an online business a little blurry. Don't get me wrong, what I have learned going through the Affiliate Bootcamp was still extremely valuable and I will apply everything to my next project. But the biggest struggle I had was the difficulty in promoting in the make money online niche, when I haven't made money online myself yet (notice I say yet.......)
So on to my next project, building out a site that promotes products and services in a niche where from what my keyword research tells me, should be quite profitable, if done right.

I chose not to go to bootcamp Direction because I want to work for myself, not for Kyle. But I did complete the entrepreneurial certification for whatever that's worth. We were pretty successful before wa and basically all we really got from it was WordPress. We are skilled in many other areas so this was not a big deal for us. Building web sites and all of these things are skills that are below our pay grade so we hire people to do them even though we know how. Best of luck to you.
