Perhaps it's a matter of time or a glitch in the system. If none of these then support as the last option. Let us know how it went.

I created a customed email : andree@eagertowin.com and did the procedure to forward it to my personal email and it do
Andree. I hope by now its fixed, but if the problem is still there, you may just have to give it some time, like a day or so.
